Delete Your Neuro Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your Neuro account and all associated data using one of the methods below.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including streaks, journal entries, badges, check-ins, and community posts will be permanently deleted.

How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: In the App (Recommended)

Open the Neuro app
Go to the Profile tab
Scroll down to Account
Tap "Delete Account"
Confirm the deletion when prompted

Method 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, send an email to:

newaibusinessai@gmail.com

Include the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Neuro App" and the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm deletion via email.

What Gets Deleted

Your profile and account information
All streak history and recovery progress
Journal entries and daily check-ins
Community posts and comments
Earned badges and achievements
AI Coach conversation history
Onboarding quiz answers
Battle and clan participation data

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid being charged, please cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store before deleting your account:

Open Google Play Store
Tap your profile icon
Tap "Payments & subscriptions" then "Subscriptions"
Find "Neuro" and tap "Cancel subscription"
