These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Neuro: Quit Porn Now mobile application ("App") operated by Neuro ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Neuro. By using the App, you represent that you are 18 or older.

3. Health Disclaimer

Neuro is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The App provides educational content and self-help tools for pornography addiction recovery. It is not a medical device, therapy service, or mental health treatment program. The AI Coach is an artificial intelligence tool, not a licensed therapist.

4. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Neuro offers free and premium features. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through Google Play Store settings
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play Store's refund policy

6. Community Guidelines

When using community features (forum, battles, clans), you agree to:

• Not post pornographic, sexually explicit, or triggering content
• Not harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Not share personal identifying information of others
• Not spam or post commercial advertisements
• Not impersonate other users or staff
• Be supportive and respectful of others' recovery journeys

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (lessons, exercises, design, code) is owned by Neuro and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, community posts). By posting to the community, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content within the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
